Stop the Scroll

A chance to pause and reconnect

Many of us reach for our phones without consciously deciding to. A quick check turns into more time than we intended, and we are left feeling distracted, overstimulated or disconnected from the life happening around us.

In my work as a therapist, I often hear people talk about wanting to scroll less and be more present. I have struggled with this too. Stop the Scroll grew from both those conversations and my own effort to create a healthier, more intentional relationship with technology.

This experience is not about giving up your phone or following a rigid digital detox. It is an opportunity to slow down, understand what keeps pulling you back to the screen and practice realistic changes that can fit into your daily life.

We will begin with an intimate three-hour retreat on the Connecticut shoreline, then continue with three weekly Zoom gatherings for reflection, support and accountability. You will leave with practical tools, a guided workbook and a clearer sense of how you want to use your time and attention.
