Beyond the Scroll

A chance to pause and reconnect

Many of us long to feel more connected to ourselves, the people we care about and the life happening around us. Yet without consciously deciding to, we can find ourselves reaching for our phones or other distractions and missing the moments we most want to be present for.

In my work as a therapist, I often hear people talk about wanting more meaningful connection and fewer distractions. I have struggled with this too. Stop the Scroll grew from those conversations and from my own desire to be more present in my relationships and daily life.

This experience is not about giving up your phone or following a rigid digital detox. It is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with what matters to you and create realistic changes that make more room for presence, conversation and genuine connection.

We will begin with an intimate three-hour retreat on the Connecticut shoreline, then continue with three weekly Zoom gatherings for reflection, support and connection. You will leave with practical tools, a guided workbook and a clearer sense of how you want to spend your time and show up in your life and relationships.
